For busy marketing teams

Clear the publishing backlog

Your site is already built, but service information, team details or product pages need attention. We organise an agreed content queue and prepare the changes in your existing design. This suits businesses with approved source material and agencies that need a repeatable production workflow.

Content maintenance is distinct from emergency technical support, malware removal or a full redesign. We assess the existing editor and access before quoting implementation.

The production batch

What can be included

  • A prioritised page list with source material and content owner.
  • Drafting or editing from your approved facts and style guidance.
  • WordPress entry using existing components and agreed images.
  • Page titles, meta descriptions, headings and relevant internal links.
  • Desktop and mobile review, link checks and a short change log.
  • One consolidated review round within the agreed time budget.
Illustrative example

A service page with a clearer next step

Example workflow, not a reported client result: a service page lacks scope, customer requirements and a contact route. We reorganise the approved material into problem, deliverables, process, questions and an enquiry link. We check the page layout and link target. Any enquiry or revenue impact has to be measured after publication.

Guide budgets

Choose a batch or a recurring queue

Initial content batch: from €990 for up to ten total working hours. Recurring content operations can start from €1,490 per month for up to 15 agreed hours. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Setup, coordination, drafting, implementation and checking all use the time budget; page counts depend on complexity.

Hosting, paid plugins, translation review, custom development and a new design are outside these guide budgets. The written proposal names pages, deliverables, approval steps and a feasible publishing window.

Publishing discipline

Review before release

  • Use staging or drafts where available; retain a way to restore previous content.
  • Check facts and permissions for images and claims.
  • Keep one clear main heading and descriptive links.
  • Review mobile layout and avoid broken or obsolete destinations.
  • Record changes and publish only under the agreed approval process.

We do not create mass location pages or claim that AI-generated volume guarantees SEO results. Helpful, accurate service content and a usable site are the starting point.

Questions before you start

Practical answers

Can you also maintain the software?

Technical maintenance is a separate scope after a site assessment. Content operations do not automatically include plugin updates, security monitoring or 24/7 incident response.

Can you work in our current page builder?

We review the installed editor and existing templates first. The proposal confirms what can be changed safely in that setup.

Will the pages rank in Google?

We can improve on-page foundations and relevance. Rankings depend on competition, site quality and other factors; no position or enquiry volume is guaranteed.

Consistent guide budgets

Editorial support and technical maintenance have different scopes

The €1,490 monthly guide budget covers up to 15 total hours of agreed editorial work. It does not automatically include software updates, incident response or development. Combined website and content support is guided at €1,800 per month for 15 total hours after a technical assessment.

Planning, coordination and review use the same agreed budget. The written proposal defines priorities, review steps, available capacity and any third-party costs. Compare all guide packages in German.

Accountable delivery

What your change report should show

  • The pages and agreed fields changed.
  • The approved source used for factual statements.
  • Checks completed and items waiting for your decision.
  • Time used and the remaining prioritised queue.
  • Publishing approvals and any follow-up tasks.
