Research that answers a defined question
Which suppliers offer the required service? How do competitors describe their packages? Which companies match a public, objective business profile? We turn a focused question into a structured research brief using approved public sources and materials you are entitled to share.
A short, well-defined comparison is more useful than a large list with no context. We agree what decision the research should support and which facts would change it.
A compact research pack
- Research criteria and a documented inclusion/exclusion rule.
- A comparison table with public company-level facts.
- Source URLs and the date each material fact was checked.
- A distinction between observed facts, estimates and missing information.
- A concise summary of options, limitations and suggested next checks.
Make uncertainty visible
Fictional example: Supplier A publishes a service list and minimum order; Supplier B publishes services but no prices. We record the available facts and mark Supplier B’s price as “not publicly stated”. We do not fill the gap with an assumed price or treat website claims as independently verified performance.
Agree the question and time limit
Indicative budget: from €590 for up to six total working hours, excluding applicable taxes. A pilot covers one research question, one agreed comparison format and a limited set of sources or organisations. The proposal sets the actual scope after a feasibility check.
Paid databases, specialist due diligence, interviews, outreach, translation and recurring monitoring are separate. A research deliverable does not include contact with researched organisations.
Useful evidence without unsupported claims
- Prefer primary company pages, official registers or supplied source documents where suitable.
- Keep source links and dates so your team can revisit the findings.
- Distinguish a company’s own claim from independently established evidence.
- Avoid private personal data, invasive profiling and unapproved scraping.
- Leave credit, legal, investment or procurement approval decisions with qualified responsible people.
We can prepare the comparison; we cannot guarantee that public pages are complete or that the selected supplier will perform as advertised.
Practical answers
Is this a lead list service?
The scope can include public company-level research against agreed criteria. It is not a promise of sales-ready contacts or permission to send marketing messages.
Will you contact companies for us?
No contact is included by default. Any outreach would need a separate, lawful and explicitly authorised process.
Can you research an unfamiliar market?
We check source availability and language requirements first. Where local expertise or professional advice is needed, that limitation is stated before accepting the scope.
Find the right starting point
What would you like to take off your backlog?
Tell us the task, approximate volume, current system and target date. We will check fit and propose a written scope before any work begins.
