Supplier files rarely arrive in the exact structure your shop needs. We help organise product names, categories, attributes, units and description drafts for a defined catalogue batch. This is useful for new assortments, seasonal updates and an existing backlog of inconsistent listings.

Fictional product: “Desk lamp / black / 40cm”. We can format the height as 40 cm and write a concise description from the supplied facts. If wattage, material or certification is absent, we flag it. We do not infer electrical compliance, environmental claims or safety information from a photo or a similar product.
A small sample before the catalogue batch
Guide budget: from €990 for up to ten total working hours, excluding applicable taxes. The scope can cover one supplied product-data source, one target template and one agreed language. Actual product count depends on attribute complexity and source quality; we agree it after the sample review.
Additional languages, variant restructuring, regulated product information, paid image sourcing, integration development and live-shop imports are separate. We can discuss recurring updates after the pilot shows the real processing and review effort.
Know what is ready to publish
- SKU and variant identifiers remain traceable to the source.
- Required fields are either completed from evidence or marked as unresolved.
- Units, categories and naming follow the agreed rules.
- Claims and specifications remain within approved source facts.
- Your designated person approves the final batch before publication.
English and German content can be drafted within the agreed scope. Other languages and specialist claims need suitable review. Product descriptions alone do not guarantee marketplace approval, search rankings or sales.

Can you prepare data for Shopify or WooCommerce?
We can assess a supplied export/import template and prepare a compatible working file. A specific import or integration must be tested and separately authorised.
Do you write unique descriptions?
We draft descriptions from approved product facts and your tone of voice. Product count, language, length and review rounds are specified in the proposal.
Can you process thousands of products?
Potentially as phased batches after a sample establishes complexity, capacity and quality criteria. We do not promise bulk throughput before that assessment.
