For agencies and consultants

Support the work behind the client deliverable

When project management and production compete for the same hours, a clearly delegated batch can reduce the backlog. We support agreed WordPress content, data preparation and research tasks using your brief, templates and review process. Your agency stays responsible for the client promise and final delivery.

This is scoped production support rather than unlimited staffing. We confirm capacity before accepting a batch and do not imply a large in-house team or continuous shift coverage.

Tasks you can hand over

Choose one workstream first

WordPress content production

Prepare and enter approved content, metadata and internal links using an existing design.

Data and catalogue preparation

Clean a defined export, organise product attributes or format records for your client’s review.

Research and documentation

Build source-linked comparison tables, content briefs, handover checklists and process drafts.

A repeatable workflow

Brief. Sample. Review. Handover.

  • Your agency supplies the brief, acceptance checklist and authorised materials.
  • We review a representative sample and agree the time budget and exceptions.
  • The first output is reviewed before the full agreed batch proceeds.
  • We deliver the files or drafts with a change log and unresolved-items list.
  • Your agency approves and controls release to the end client.
Guide budgets

Test quality before reserving recurring capacity

Paid test batch: from €590 for up to six total working hours. A recurring production block can be planned from €2,490 per month for up to 25 agreed hours, including coordination, work and review. All guide prices exclude applicable taxes; third-party costs are separate.

Task volume, review rounds, availability, communication channels, attribution, confidentiality and the handling of unused time are set in the written agreement. Rush work and extra capacity require a separate agreement rather than an automatic commitment.

Trust and control

White-label does not mean invisible responsibilities

Agree the permitted use of subcontractors with your client and obtain the necessary access and data permissions before handing work over. We can prepare unbranded deliverables where agreed, but we do not impersonate your employees or claim credentials we do not hold.

Client communication stays with your agency unless separately authorised. AI-assisted methods, data handling, retention and review requirements are clarified during setup. Do not include live client credentials or sensitive client files in the first message.

Acceptance example

An agency-ready handover

Illustrative batch: three existing service pages need approved copy entered and internal links checked. The handover lists each changed URL, source text, unresolved question and review status. “Ready for review” is separate from “approved to publish”. The actual page count and time budget are confirmed after reviewing the site.

Questions before you start

Practical answers

Will you contact our client?

Not as part of the standard arrangement. Your agency manages the client relationship and approves any exception.

Can you guarantee delivery capacity every month?

Only the capacity confirmed in a specific agreement. A guide price does not reserve availability.

Can we start without a long contract?

A separately scoped paid test batch is the intended starting point. Ongoing work is agreed only after both sides have assessed the fit.

Start with a defined task

What would you like to take off your backlog?

Tell us the task, approximate volume, current system and target date. We will check fit and propose a written scope before any work begins.
