Tender support experience

More than 435 supported tender participations

435+ participations

Completed tender participations supported with documentation, participation preparation and the bidding workflow.

52% contract win rate

Historical win rate across supported participations, as reported by our company.

We have supported numerous companies across a range of projects, helping them organise evidence, prepare participation documents and coordinate their bids.

Source: company-reported figures, October 2026. Completed participations do not mean the same number of contracts won. Past performance is not a forecast or a guarantee of an award in a future procedure.

Your starting point

Where this service makes a difference

Complex requests combine mandatory documents, technical questions and formal instructions. Parallel contributions can introduce contradictions or leave gaps. We create a shared working structure that makes open requirements, required evidence and decisions visible.

This suits businesses that know their capabilities and supporting evidence but need help with structure, drafting and coordination. The service is not procurement-law advice or a promise of eligibility, acceptance or a contract award. Short deadlines must be assessed before accepting the work.

The handover

What you receive

  • A requirements matrix recording source location, mandatory status, owner and progress.
  • An evidence register showing available documents and outstanding requirements.
  • Draft answers based only on approved company information.
  • A list of clarification questions, assumptions and decisions for subject experts.
  • An editorial completeness review against the agreed checklist.

The proposal specifies the document format, working language, review round and delivery scope. You can review the draft before the agreed final handover.

A practical example

See the difference in the deliverable

ILLUSTRATIVE SAMPLE · NOT A CLIENT RESULT

Starting point

A requirement to demonstrate comparable project experience appears in an appendix. The draft claims extensive experience without identifying supporting evidence.

Prepared output

Sample matrix row: requirement R-07; source Appendix B, section 3; owner sales; evidence approved project description; status “expert review pending”. Missing evidence stays visible. References, certificates and turnover figures are never invented.

How we work

Four steps from brief to handover

01

Brief & sample

We review the task, source material and desired result.

02

Scope & responsibilities

We agree outputs, time budget, access and the person approving the work.

03

Draft & expert review

We prepare the working version and keep open questions visible.

04

Handover & next step

You receive the agreed files and a clear list of anything still unresolved.

Your contribution

What we need from you

We need the complete current request and attachments, the confirmed deadline, approved capability information and a decision owner. Share sensitive documents only through an agreed transfer method. A common version record is established for updated documents and clarification notices.

AI can assist with drafting, organisation and consistency checks where agreed. Uncertain information is flagged, and your designated expert approves business-specific facts. Tool use and data handling are agreed before processing your material.

Acceptance criteria

How you assess the result

  • Is each agreed requirement linked to an answer, evidence or an open decision?
  • Can figures and technical statements be traced to approved sources?
  • Are missing documents and assumptions clearly marked?
  • Has the responsible person approved content, commercial terms and submission?
Scope & budget

Start with one defined task

STARTING BUDGETfrom €990

A small documentation pilot with up to ten total working hours. The actual scope is agreed after sample review; there is no fixed document count at this guide price.

Setup, coordination, drafting and review all count toward the time budget. Guide prices exclude applicable taxes. Additional languages, licences, large research requirements, integrations and legal or specialist advice are separate. The written proposal confirms availability, milestones, review rounds and terms before work starts.

For ongoing updates, a recurring agreement can be discussed after the pilot. We assess the real workload and available capacity before promising monthly output.

Questions before commissioning

Practical answers

Will you submit through the procurement portal?

Not in the standard scope. Portal access, authority to act and submission would require a separate assessment and explicit agreement.

Will you set our bid prices?

We can organise approved price information. Pricing responsibility, commercial assessment and binding terms remain with your company.

Do you guarantee formal compliance?

We review the expressly agreed scope against a checklist. This does not constitute a comprehensive legal review or a contract-award guarantee.

International tender & bid support

A coordinated bid desk for businesses in Europe and worldwide

Preparing a tender across borders requires a clear division of work. We support international suppliers, contractors, service providers and bidding teams with an organised document workflow in English or German. Whether you are assessing an opportunity in Germany or coordinating an international RFP, we start by checking the procedure, language, deadline and required evidence.

01

Opportunity & readiness review

Turn the supplied tender documents into a requirements register with deadlines, lots, mandatory evidence and decision points. Your team decides whether to bid.

02

Evidence & partner coordination

Organise company profiles, references, certificates and subcontractor inputs. Flag missing or expired records and assign an owner to each open item.

03

Response & review pack

Draft responses from approved facts, align terminology and collect technical and commercial approvals. Prepare a version-controlled submission checklist.

04

Submission coordination

Agree who uploads, signs and submits, then record the handover and any confirmation supplied by the authorised bidder. Portal actions require a separately agreed scope and authority.

One tender or recurring bid support

Commission a defined documentation package for one opportunity, or discuss recurring support for a pipeline of bids. Workload, milestones and available capacity are confirmed in a written proposal. Certified translations, local legal advice and country-specific qualification decisions require the appropriate specialists.

Send a useful first brief

Include the tender link or reference, country, submission language, deadline with time zone, relevant lots and the support you need. Send confidential documents only through an agreed channel.

For international bidders

Preparing a tender for the German market

If your company is established outside Germany, start by identifying the exact procedure, lots, language and submission deadline. We organise the requested evidence and flag where translation, current validity or specialist clarification is still needed. Foreign documents are not automatically treated as equivalent.

Your authorised representatives and advisers decide eligibility, declarations, technical commitments and prices. Our defined role is documentary organisation, editorial preparation and coordination from approved sources.

Scope the work

A useful first brief

  • Tender reference or public link and country.
  • Relevant lots and the confirmed deadline including time zone.
  • Language of the procedure and available company documentation.
  • Requested deliverables and the person approving factual answers.
  • Known gaps or urgent questions requiring specialist review.
Commissioning

Guide budget and specialist boundaries

A small documentation package may start from €990 for up to ten total working hours, including coordination and review. This is not a fixed price for a full tender. We assess document volume, lots, revision needs and available capacity before quoting.

Portal submission, signatures, legal opinions and certified translations are outside the standard scope. They must be addressed separately with the appropriate authority and expertise.
