Your starting point

Where this service makes a difference

The coordination often starts after the sale. Documents arrive in different places, access is missing or the customer does not know what to do next. A structured onboarding workflow makes the first steps visible and prevents commitments from remaining only in someone’s memory.

This service suits agencies, IT providers, consultancies and other B2B businesses with repeatable project starts. It covers administrative preparation. It does not automatically include professional advice, identity verification, contract approval or taking over your responsibility to the customer.

The handover

What you receive

  • An overview from the confirmed engagement to the defined readiness checkpoint.
  • A customer-friendly welcome or getting-started template.
  • A required-information checklist with owners and target dates.
  • A briefing template and draft follow-up questions.
  • An internal handover checklist with open items and approval status.

The proposal specifies the document format, working language, review round and delivery scope. You can review the draft before the agreed final handover.

A practical example

ILLUSTRATIVE SAMPLE · NOT A CLIENT RESULT

Starting point

A new customer has accepted a project, but copy, image permissions and access approvals are missing. Production and the customer assume different starting conditions.

Prepared output

Sample website-project start: confirm the objective and contact person; map existing content; request confirmation of image rights; arrange access through the approved channel; record missing items in a shared list; let the responsible person approve the production start.

How we work

Four steps from brief to handover

01

Brief & sample

We review the task, source material and desired result.

02

Scope & responsibilities

We agree outputs, time budget, access and the person approving the work.

03

Draft & expert review

We prepare the working version and keep open questions visible.

04

Handover & next step

You receive the agreed files and a clear list of anything still unresolved.

Your contribution

What we need from you

We need your current process, a typical agreed scope, existing starting documents and an approval owner. Anonymised cases are enough for the first sample. We agree which information customers should provide and how exceptions are handled.

AI can assist with drafting, organisation and consistency checks where agreed. Uncertain information is flagged, and your designated expert approves business-specific facts. Tool use and data handling are agreed before processing your material.

Acceptance criteria

How you assess the result

  • Can the customer understand what to provide and why it is needed?
  • Are sales, delivery and customer responsibilities clearly separated?
  • Are missing inputs distinguished from approval to start?
  • Can another person understand the case from the handover?
Scope & budget

Start with one defined task

STARTING BUDGETfrom €990

A small documentation pilot with up to ten total working hours. The actual scope is agreed after sample review; there is no fixed document count at this guide price.

Setup, coordination, drafting and review all count toward the time budget. Guide prices exclude applicable taxes. Additional languages, licences, large research requirements, integrations and legal or specialist advice are separate. The written proposal confirms availability, milestones, review rounds and terms before work starts.

For ongoing updates, a recurring agreement can be discussed after the pilot. We assess the real workload and available capacity before promising monthly output.

Questions before commissioning

Practical answers

Will you message our customers directly?

The standard scope provides templates and drafts. Sending messages or direct customer contact requires a separate agreement and approval.

Can this work with our CRM?

We can prepare an appropriate structure. System configuration, integrations and automated sending are separate work after a technical review.

Is this worthwhile with only a few new customers?

It depends on complexity and recurring problems. A short checklist can be more economical than a larger project for simple, infrequent starts.
